Delivery & Returns Information

What does delivery cost and when will I receive my items?

All UK orders are eligible for FREE Royal Mail 48 hour delivery for orders over £60. Orders under £60 there is a postage cost of £4.99 for Royal Mail 48 hour and £5.99 for Royal Mail 24 hour. 

Sadly at this time we can not offer worldwide shipping. We are exploring options as to how we can do this in a cot effective way. 

Please note that all orders are processed the same or next working day and the 48hours/ 24 hours applies from when the post is picked up. Post is collected at regular intervals Monday-Friday. To be guaranteed same day postage orders will need to be placed before 2pm.

Christmas 

All orders are dispatched using 48 hour and 24 hour Royal Mail. These can take longer as it gets closer to Christmas. Please choose the express post option if you are concerned.

Our last posting day is Monday 23rd December - orders before 10am will be dispatched on this day. 

We will be dispatching orders on the 27th and 30th December 

We will be closed on the 1st January and then return to normal Monday-Friday 9-4pm. 

What if I need to return an item?

All items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving it and we will refund you within 5 working days. Please also note that there is a 'buy now pay later' option at the check out which will mean that you would not have yet been charged for your item/s. Please note the pay later options is 14 days from payment.

To be eligible for a refund items must be returned in their original packaging with the tag attached and must be clean and unworn. Please be careful when trying items on -  you must ensure the item is free from make up, deodorant or perfume which may stain the material.  The item must be in a saleable condition. We are unable to refund items which are not in a saleable condition. 
In the unlikely event your item is faulty (every item is checked thoroughly) we will provide you with a full refund and return postage costs.

Unfortunately as a small business we can not cover return postage costs for returns or exchanges.

You must ensure that all items included if part of a set are returned.  

You must return all FREE items in a return. If you would like to keep the FREE item and return the paid for item then you can do so for exchanges only. 

Exchanges

If you wish to try another item or size you will need to return the item and include a note or the invoice clearly stating which size you would like to exchange for. The above rules regarding returns will still apply. One exchange per item only. 

How do I return an item?

Please return the item in its original packaging to the return address on the invoice. Please include the invoice slip so that we know who is returning the item! It would also be helpful if you can tell us why you are returning the item.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us. You may wish to use registered mail to return the item as we can not accept liability for any loss or damage in transit. You are responsible for the return postage costs for returns. 

Where is my order? 

If your order has not arrived within 7 days you must get in contact with us. We have 10 days to claim from Royal Mail. We are more than happy to help chase orders and arrange redelivery if needed.
